- You may request a cancellation before your order has been processed, prepared, or shipped. Email support@africanbasket.store with your order number.
- Orders are processed within 2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been prepared for pickup or has shipped, it may no longer be cancellable.
- Prepared, special-order, and perishable items cannot be cancelled once preparation begins.
- Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method when possible.
- If we cannot fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a refund, or removal of the item.
