By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Food Handling Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and use of the site

We sell African and Caribbean groceries, pantry essentials, and selected prepared foods. We work to display products, images, sizes, and prices accurately, but packaging, brands, sizes, and ingredients from manufacturers may change without notice. Product photos are for illustration. The label on the package you receive is the most accurate source of ingredient, allergen, and nutrition information.

3. Pricing, availability, and errors

Prices and availability may change at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price or is unavailable, we may cancel or correct the order, contact you, and refund any amount paid for that item.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or unavailability. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery details. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

5. Pickup, delivery, and shipping

Houston local pickup and nationwide shipping of eligible non-perishable products through USPS and UPS, are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the address you provided, picked up by you, or handed to the carrier, as permitted by law.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Because most products are food, we do not accept returns on food items; problems are resolved by refund or replacement. Please read our Return and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy before ordering.

7. Food safety, allergens, and storage

You are responsible for storing, preparing, and using products according to their labels. We do not guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact unless the packaging or our written product information says so. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
